Ladybugs for Halloween

Both girls dressed up as ladybugs for Alexis' halloween party on Sunday. They are super proud of their costumes. Mari joined us and we all walked around the corner to Alexis's house, where the kids did art projects, bobbed for apples, and at pizza while watching the Peanuts Halloween Special on TV. The bottom photo shows Mari's mom, Chris, with Lulu.

Photoshoot with Ellie

This Sunday morning I did a photoshoot with my friend, Rosie's three kids: Eleanor (2), Nikolas (4), and Ethan (6). Here is one shot of Ellie that I like.

Songbird Chorus and Pumpkin Patch

This Saturday morning after Songbird Chorus (see photo here) we stopped by the pumpkin patch at Monterey Market and both girls climbed the big pumpkin. The night before we had a date night while the girls spent the evening at Ducks Nest in their pajamas, eating pizza and watching movies. Sophia was very excited when she learned she could do this. Steve and I had the chance to watch a movie and go out for dessert!

Back in the Marina for a day

It was so nice to spend the afternoon in the Marina this Sunday. We went to listen to kids music concert on the marina green and we couldn't have asked for a more beautiful day. Mari came with us and the girls enjoyed playing in the water a little bit. Sophia also had the chance to hold and play with an assortment of reptiles.
